Manufacture de gants Reinhard- Handschuhfabrik Reinhard

The Reinhard glove factory was founded in 1882 by Albert Reinhard and located in Grund, a district in the middle of Luxembourg City. Reinhard was married to Carolina (Lina) Frank, an aunt of Otto Frank. After a fire in December 1904, it was rebuilt and expanded. The downtown factory on Plaetisgaass (Rue Plaetis) was completed in 1910. At the time, it was the largest industrial company in the city.^[1]
