    "description": "<p>In <strong>1914</strong>, Abraham Holl&auml;nder, as owner of <em>B. Holl&auml;nder</em>, together with Karl Heine, founded the <em>Waggonfabrik Heine &amp; Holl&auml;nder</em>&nbsp;in Elze near Hanover. This was located in an old sugar factory, which the <em>B. Holl&auml;nder</em> company had bought and converted for its purposes.
