"description": "<p>In <strong>1914</strong>, Abraham Holländer, as owner of <em>B. Holländer</em>, together with Karl Heine, founded the <em>Waggonfabrik Heine & Holländer</em> in Elze near Hanover. This was located in an old sugar factory, which the <em>B. Holländer</em> company had bought and converted for its purposes.
