In the first months of 1917, Victor Kugler worked at Kalisyndicaat G.m.b.H.

The Kalisyndikat (short for Deutsche Kalisyndikat GmbH) was a German economic cartel in the potash industry, whose origins date back to 1888.[1] It was a powerful company because of its great importance to the German economy. Victor Kugler worked here from 2 January to 31 May 1917. His duties consisted of simple mathematical work in the statistics department. He received a favourable review. He left his post voluntarily.[2]
