Henry Harley Arnold
Hap Arnold was Commander-in-Chief of the US Air Force.
Henry Harley (Hap) Arnold (1886-1950) joined the military at the age of 17. During the Second World War, he was Commander-in-Chief of the US Air Force.[1]
