Diezeschool
The Dieze School is located in the school complex on Dintel Street, at number 11.

From 1935 onwards, children of German refugees children were prepared for Dutch education and Dutch society at this school through the so-called 'Overgangscursus' (transitional course).[1] The 'Overgangscursus' had originally started at the Public School at Govert Flinckstraat 64 in June 1933[2] and moved to the Valeriusschool at Des Prèsstraat in 1939.[3]
